Bachelor’s degree program
Diversity is a central part of life today, and by embracing different skills and viewpoints, society, individuals and organizations can thrive. You want to learn more about gender, LGTBQIA+, mental health and anti-racism and create spaces to discuss intersectional identities and social positions in relation to gender, race, age, religion and disability. You want to examine how inequalities arise in society and gain a deep understanding of feminist, postcolonial and queer theories in order to develop effective diversity management tools that have the potential to change society.
The program focuses on the development of perspectives and tools in D&I management (diversity and inclusion) and intercultural management – with deep roots in cultural and social sciences. You will study cultural theories, social psychology, management and organizations with a strong focus on interpretative and qualitative methods. In particular, the curriculum and learning activities will develop your critical reflection skills that will help you address the major issues and challenges of this time, ranging from privilege and marginalization to global crises. As part of a semester abroad, you can deepen your skills at one of our partner universities.
