Rather, after building a solid foundation from various fields, theories and practices, the real challenges and problems of the world are critically examined and discussed in a joint investigation.\r\n\r\nYou will learn to think analytically and in a networked way in order to develop practical strategies and guidelines and manage complex issues.\r\n\r\nThe focus is on an interactive, inter- and transdisciplinary teaching style. In our small classes, the professors, lecturers and fellow students are a team that inspires and supports your personal development - not only in terms of your know-how, but also in terms of a holistic, responsible and sustainable practice.\r\n\r\nDuring the Master's program at Karlshochschule, you will learn how economics, social and cultural sciences are connected and how to transfer ideas from different perspectives and disciplines. As a leader, you will motivate and engage people in business and civil society organizations.\r\n\r\nIn your final semester, which is largely dedicated to research, you will have the opportunity to systematically reflect on your experiences, findings and knowledge in your Master's thesis.\r\n\r\nWhat kind of footprint do you want to leave on the world later?
