This task is particularly important in transformation processes: If companies want to change, then it&#8217;s about taking people with you and inspiring them with new ideas. You would also like to acquire practical skills in management and psychology (without focusing on psychological therapy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course concentrates on various psychological traditions with a focus on work, personnel and organizational psychology &#8211; and in addition to management modules, there is a very special focus on change management. Interpretative and qualitative methods play a major role.
